A GUIDE BY YOUR SIDE

Meet your Mentor

Ami is a current psychology student who mentors teens between the ages of 13-17 who need guidance with emotional, academic, and social situations. After obtaining her B.A in Psychology, she plans on pursing her MA in counseling. While attending Ridgewood high school Ami had the opportunity to mentor preteens and teens. What makes her style of mentoring so effective is her "big sister" approach and the ability to relate to mentees by sharing personal experiences. Ami also utilizes resources Certified Health Coaches to provide nutritional recommendations for her mentees and using effective self-actualizing tools. The challenges that she has overcome as a preteen & teen serves as motivation to promote growth and be guide by your side.
